How long does it take to set up a QR code?
Under two minutes. Name your event, pick a plan, and you'll get a unique QR + shareable link instantly. Download it, print it on table cards or a bar sign, and you're live. No app installs, no guest logins — anyone with a phone camera can scan and start posting.
Can I moderate photos before they appear on screen?
Yes. Every event gets a passcode-protected /admin dashboard where you (or a trusted planner) can preview every upload and delete anything off-brand or duplicate. On Pro plans you can also enable pre-approval mode, so nothing hits the live TV feed until it's been reviewed. Guests can delete their own uploads from their device, and can post anonymously if they'd prefer to stay off the wall.
How long are photos and videos stored?
Free trial: 24 hours. Single Event: 30 days of full-res storage. Pro Event: 1 full year. Planner: unlimited across your events. You can download the entire gallery (originals, no compression) at any time as a zip before storage expires — nothing is deleted without warning.
How does the live TV / projector stream work?
Open /live on any browser connected to your TV, projector, Apple TV, Fire Stick, or laptop-HDMI setup. It auto-scales to any aspect ratio (16:9, 21:9, portrait) with safe-area padding so nothing gets cropped. New uploads appear within a second thanks to realtime sync, with a subtle 'Just shared' animation. A QR code stays pinned in the corner so late arrivals can join without you touching anything.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is slow?
Every upload is compressed on the guest's device before it leaves their phone — usually 80–90% smaller than the original — so it flies through even weak venue Wi-Fi or LTE. If a guest loses signal mid-upload, it retries automatically once they reconnect.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes on Pro and Planner plans. Short clips (up to 30 seconds) upload alongside photos and play muted, on loop, in the live feed and lightbox — perfect for first dances, toasts, and reaction shots.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
Never. They scan the QR, land on your event page in their phone browser, and can post immediately. A guest name is optional. That's it.
Is my event private?
Your event link is unlisted — only people with the QR or link can find it. There's no public directory. On Pro plans you can also require a shared passcode before guests can view or upload.
